We ship across Canada. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold is displayed at checkout.

International shipping

Personalized & engraved orders

Orders that include personalized engraving require additional processing time. Please allow an extra 2–3 business days before shipment for engraving to be completed.

Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will generally be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delays & lost packages

Culmer Pen is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@culmerpen.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.
